Here's the mess left by a leak in my hot water tank. This is showing the new tank and my flooded carpet area. I was too busy helping the maintenance guys to take any in-progress images. The shut-off valve going to the tank was busted so it was spewing water all over when they took the old one out.

I've been drying towels so many times dealing with this that now my dryer is broken LOL. Will get a new one tomorrow. What a mess. :)
